This release adds PDF and website URL knowledge sources so agents can be trained directly from uploaded documents or any public webpage. It also introduces a training reminder for new users and a conversation filter in the dashboard.
PDF knowledge source
Upload PDF files directly as knowledge sources. Your agent extracts and indexes the text automatically — supports multi-page documents up to 200,000 characters.
Website URL knowledge source
Point your agent at any public webpage. Paste the URL, preview the extracted content, and save — no manual copy-pasting required.
Training reminder
A guided prompt appears after you add your first knowledge source, so you know to hit Train before going live.
Conversation filter
Filter your conversation list in the dashboard to quickly find what you need.
