How It Works
The underlying architecture is a RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) pipeline — your documents are chunked, embedded, and stored as vectors. When a user asks a question, the most relevant passages are retrieved and fed to the language model alongside the query, so the answer is grounded in your actual content, not invented.
We’ve tuned this pipeline specifically for support and knowledge-base use cases. That means short, accurate answers rather than verbose AI prose — and citations to source documents when it matters.
