# Integrations — connect WhatsApp Business to Agenvik

> Connect WhatsApp Business to your Agenvik workspace to enable AI-powered WhatsApp responses. Slack integration available on Growth and above.

**Integrations** are configured once per workspace and can then be used by Agents.

## Open Integrations

Open **Integrations** from the sidebar.

## WhatsApp Business

Use **WhatsApp Business** to connect a Meta WhatsApp Business Account. After connection, Agenvik shows the phone numbers available in that account.

After the workspace is connected, assign a phone number from the Agent's **WhatsApp Channel** card.

## Coming soon integrations

Slack, Discord, and Instagram appear as coming soon cards. They are visible so you can see the planned direction, but they are not configurable yet.

## Disconnect carefully

Disconnecting a workspace integration can affect every Agent using it. For WhatsApp, disconnecting the workspace connection disables WhatsApp channels across Agents.
