# Analytics — track AI agent performance and conversation trends

> Monitor daily conversations, channel breakdown, top agents, sentiment scores, trending topics, and country distribution in your Agenvik analytics dashboard.

**Analytics** helps you understand how visitors use your Agents after launch.

## Open Analytics

Open **Analytics** from the sidebar.

All workspaces can see overview cards. Detailed charts are available on Starter and above.

## Filter by Agent and date

Use the header filters to view all Agents or one specific Agent. Choose a date range such as last 7 days, last 30 days, last 90 days, or this month.

## Conversations over time

Use the daily chart to spot changes in volume after a launch, campaign, website update, or new Channel rollout.

## Channel and Agent performance

Use **Messages by Channel** to compare web and WhatsApp traffic. Use **Top Agents** to identify which Agents are handling the most activity.

## Sentiment, topics, and countries

Use **Sentiment** and **Top Topics** to understand how visitors feel and what they ask about. Use **Country Distribution** to understand where conversations are coming from.
